We are excited to be partnering with one of Longmont’s Newest additions, Urban Field Pizza and Market. With a chef-driven and guest-facing approach, Urban Field Pizza and Market offers unique interpretations and cultural twists of grandma’s classics utilizing local, fresh ingredients. The restaurant features numerous pizza options, sandwiches and an extensive drink menu. You can take a peek at their offerings here.
In addition to the restaurant, there is an in-house market, where you can find prepared meals for home, soups and sauces and pantry items from their kitchen as well as a variety of products from local business partners.
The restaurant concept is led by familiar faces in the local restaurant scene, Paul Nashak, Urban Field’s proprietor, and Nick Swanson, culinary director and co-owner. Nashak is a partner at the Longs Peak Pub and Taphouse in Longmont along with other locally owned restaurants and breweries. Swanson has worked as kitchen manager of Boulder’s Mountain Sun Pub on Pearl Street and executive chef of Under the Sun. The other half of the management team includes another Mountain Sun vet, Operations Director Lindsey Beddard, and Beverage Director Darrin Gilman who developed the cocktail menu.
