Sunset Golf Course
Welcome to
The historic westside of Longmont has some of the city’s earliest homes, built in the late 1800s and early 1900's. The neighborhoods feature wide streets, large lots, mature trees, and stunning architectural character. There is a small town feel with proximity to historic Main Street shops and services. Architecturally, you can expect a variety of post-Victorian styles such as Craftsman, Queen Anne, Four Square, Farmhouse, and their many variations. The size of homes vary greatly, from tiny cottages to stately properties along Historic 3rd Avenue, and many feature large lots. The district also includes some of Longmont’s earliest buildings, including Library Hall which was built in 1871 and served as the first public library in Colorado.
