I have used other Realtors to sell previous homes. However Carly Mayer was by far the best for several reasons. Carly guided me through the whole process I felt like I was working with my best friend. She never made me feel dumb and all questions were answered promptly and professionally. I have the highest recommendation for Carly and her team. I needed to sell a property out of state, and researched 4 realtors that had listing within a few miles. I selected Carly based on reviews and experience. I flew out to meet her and discuss the steps needed to market the house. As I was out of state, Carly and Leslie managed and coordinated everything, from the property clean up, to miscellaneous repair and then final sale. Carly Mayer and team performed comps to set the initial asking price, then used an analytical method to adjust the price on the fly, based on feedback from showings. Carly used a marketing approach to help us prep the house for listing. Photos and descriptions were very good. Carly was very effective in negotiating with the buyer’s agent and closed the deal quickly. Carly’s ‘large Rolodex’ was very helpful in securing ancillary services such as cleaning and handyman.
