What sets Scoops apart? Everything is made right in the shop. Their ice cream and sorbets are handcrafted from scratch using original recipes, and their ice cream is made with locally sourced Colorado dairy. Rotating seasonal flavors include lemon blueberry, huckleberry cheesecake, and pistachio baklava. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are always on the menu.
Nate and Morgan have a vision that extends far beyond great ice cream.
