Flavor of India was established in 2006 on Main Street, Longmont, at a time when the town had fewer dining options and even less culinary diversity. The family owners hail from Punjab, India, a region known for its vibrant colors, rich culture, and array of spices. Father, a seasoned chef who had previously opened over 15 restaurants, brought his expertise and passion to create something truly special in Longmont. For the past 18 years, they have proudly served this community, becoming a staple for families across generations. They’ve watched babies in car seats grow up to become loyal patrons, and this journey of spreading the joy of food has been incredibly rewarding. Their family, their team, and this community have been the strong pillars of our success.

They offer a full menu with many vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free dishes to accommodate all dietary needs. During the summer season, their rooftop provides a beautiful venue for dining and enjoying the warm Colorado evenings. They also feature a variety of monthly cocktails and an extensive selection of liquor to complement your dining experience. Their dedication to quality and perseverance through challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and today’s economic landscape, has kept them thriving in the restaurant industry. They take immense pride in what they do, and it’s the reason they continue to serve Longmont with the same passion that inspired them to start this journey.
