What started with a family’s long history in the local restaurant scene, a love of brewing, and a little entrepreneurial spirit has grown into one of Longmont’s go-to spots for food, beer and good times.

At Collision Brewing Company, brothers Eric and Jason have created a business that keeps the whole family busy - brewing, cooking, and even gardening and keeping the place looking swell (Thanks Mom!).

They brew a wide variety of beers on site, with the selection changing over time and plenty of options to find something that’s your speed including gluten free choices. 

Not sure what to order? Recommendations include the Colorado Elk Burger, Brewhouse Salad, Chimichurri Steak Tips, and those Nachos! The portions are generous and with plenty of beer brewed right here, there’s always something tasty to wash it down. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and seem genuinely glad you’re there.

Supporting a locally-owned business means supporting people who have chosen to invest their time, energy and livelihoods right here in Longmont. It’s one of the many things that gives our community its personality and makes it unique.
