Pizza. Probably no other food conjures instant smiles and fond memories more. At Rosalee's, we are passionate about creating these two things on a daily basis. Whether it's date night or your kids sleepover party, we want it to be a blast.
Amy and James Ross met over 20 years ago in culinary school. After graduation, they spent the next 15 years separately working towards their goal of opening their own restaurant. Their passion for food (pizza especially!), community, and welcoming hospitality eventually led them to Main Street in Longmont, and now, along with an incredible staff, they've made it their second home.
Our pizza is inspired by dozens of East Coast pizzerias from New Haven to Brooklyn, but it is ultimately our own creation. From local cremini mushrooms to house made Italian sausage made from pork raised with no growth hormones or antibiotics, Rosalee's is not gourmet, but quality obsessed for sure. We shred our mozzarella in house, make our Caesar dressing from whole eggs, and top every pie with aged, imported Pecorino Romano cheese.
Join us on Saturdays for brunch where you can eat breakfast Sicilian square slices while you can enjoy our secluded patio. Lots of heaters available while we wait for Spring. Local, craft beer, sodas, and ciders are plentiful, in addition to a variety of delicious wines by the glass. Personal gluten free pies are available and daily happy hour is from 3-6. Rosalee's Pizzeria, because it's never "just pizza"."
