Every dish reflects the roots of co-owner and chef Patchara “Annie” Beck, who learned traditional Thai cooking from her grandmother in a small northern Thai village, later owned a restaurant in Chiang Mai Thailand, before bringing her craft to Colorado alongside her husband Richard.
From comforting classics to beautifully balanced curries and noodle dishes, Annie’s food is made with care, tradition, and heart. A few specific recommendations include the Tea Leaf salad, generously sized spring rolls, crab wontons, basil or pineapple fried rice dishes, and Anchan tea.
