At her previous brokerage, the Mayer Team was consistently in the top five teams in Colorado. In 2019, the group was named the No. 1 team in the entire state for both the number of homes sold and dollar volume. Most recently, Carly was the #1 individual agent for the number of closed transactions in the Boulder Compass office and #2 for total sales volume in 2021.  She was also awarded the Longmont Times Calls' Readers Choice Award for Best Real Estate Agent! She's closed more than 600+ successful transactions throughout her career and has done so while earning a long list of loyal, repeat and referral clients.

Today, Carly heads the Mayer Team at Compass, expertly serving buyers, sellers and investors, with a particular specialty in Longmont, where she's a consistent top producer, community volunteer and longtime resident.

​​​​​​​Originally from Chappaqua, New York, Carly attended The Loomis Chaffee School in Connecticut and graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire before moving to Colorado in 1996. When she's not hard at work, she enjoys great food and wine, live music, RVing, travelling abroad, all things fun and spending time with her teenage son and daughter.
